About
Players should stick to the official 4-step redemption process for smooth results: log into the official redemption page on a desktop browser, enter the PIN, click Redeem to confirm credit is added, then manually convert credit to Robux via the "Use Credit" button. As of 2026 platform updates, credit no longer auto-converts, so this manual step is essential.
